Reflection
Visibility has confused our understanding of significance. We see the platform and assume purpose lives there. The man with thousands listening appears more consequential than the father speaking wisdom to three children at a kitchen table. But heaven does not measure reach the way an algorithm does.
Some of the most important work of your life may never carry your name. A lesson you teach your son may become a principle he gives his son thirty years later. A quiet act of integrity may protect people who never know the decision was yours. A word spoken to one discouraged man may redirect a family.
Do not require an audience before taking your assignment seriously. Obscurity is not evidence that your work does not matter. Much of what holds the world together is done by people whose names will never be remembered. Be one of them if that is what faithfulness requires.
